Overview
Training of highly qualified specialists in the field of management and business administration, who are proficient and able to apply methods, techniques and technologies, tools for solving management problems and modern problems of development, making management decisions aimed at the effective functioning of industrial enterprises on the basis of integration of education, science, business in the context of digitalisation, limited financial resources and dynamic challenges of the business environment.
Programme structure
Theoretical content of the subject area:
-the laws of scientific knowledge, methodology of scientific research methodology in management;
-modern theories of strategic management;
-theoretical and methodological provisions of business management and theoretical and methodological provisions of business management and administration;
-laws and principles of development management;
-concepts of personnel, project and financial management; technologies of management decision-making and development innovative and digital business strategies.
Methods, techniques and technologies:
-General scientific and specific research methods (calculation and analytical, economic and statistical, economic and mathematical, expert evaluation);
-methods of implementation of management functions (methods of economic diagnostics; methods of forecasting and planning; methods of methods of motivation; methods of assessing organisational and economic methods of assessing organisational and economic efficiency in management). methods of management (administrative, economic, socio-psychological, technological);
-technologies for substantiating management decisions (economic
analysis, modelling, decision tree).
