Overview

The aim of the educational programme is to train specialists capable of effectively solving complex problems in the field of distribution and supply of electricity to consumers at the modern level using world achievements in the fields of power engineering, information technology, mathematical methods of modelling and optimisation, power electronics, energy instrumentation and cybersecurity in the context of sustainable innovative scientific and technological development of society and transformation of the labour market through interaction with employers and other stakeholders.

Programme structure

Object: scientific institutions, institutions and organizations of the industry electrical engineering, electrical engineering and electromechanics, enterprises of the electric power complex, electrotechnical and electromechanical companies;

Subject: processes of production, transmission, distribution and consumption of electric energy on electric stations, in electrical networks and systems; processes conversion of electrical energy into electromechanical energy systems; safety analysis, reliability improvement and
increase in service life electric power, electrotechnical and electromechanical equipment.

The goal of training: training of specialists who are capable construct, design, operate, ensure safety culture, perform installation, debugging and repair, create new equipment and implement the latest technologies, conduct scientific research and teaching activity.
